What to know before you start
Amazon.ae
Amazon.ae is Amazon's marketplace for the UAE. Sellers with a UAE trade licence can register directly, and overseas businesses, including Indian ones, can sell through Amazon Global Selling. Fulfilment by Amazon is available in the UAE.
Noon
Noon is a regional marketplace serving the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Sellers typically register with a trade licence or commercial registration and a local bank account, and can store stock with Fulfilled by Noon (FBN) for faster delivery.
VAT
UAE VAT is 5%. Businesses must register for VAT once taxable supplies pass AED 375,000 in 12 months, and may register voluntarily from AED 187,500.
Arabic and sale events
Both marketplaces support English and Arabic listings, and Arabic titles help discovery. The biggest sales are Ramadan and Eid, White Friday on Amazon.ae, Yellow Friday on Noon, Prime Day and the 11.11 sale.
Gulf Standard Time is 1.5 hours behind India Standard Time, so our working day overlaps almost fully with yours in Dubai.
